This Refund Policy governs purchases made through the Synti platform at synti.co, We want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. If you are not happy with the Service, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase or within 30 days of an upgrade to a higher-tier plan. To request a refund, contact us at support@synti.co with your account details and the reason for your request. No lengthy explanations required — we will process your request promptly.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase or plan upgrade.
  • For annual subscriptions, the refund applies to the full annual payment if requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds for plan upgrades are calculated as the difference between the new plan and the previous plan, prorated for the unused portion of the billing period.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by the account owner to support@synti.co.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Top-up purchases where the purchased usage has already been consumed.
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) beyond the initial 30-day period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@synti.co. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade, during which you may export your content. After 30 days, data associated with paid features may be deleted.
