5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution).

Content stored in organizational workspaces may be retained according to the organization's policies and is subject to the organization administrator's control.
